"Purchasing's Role in the Supply Chain Orchestra"

  • The next 5 years in Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be as transformative as the advent of e-Procurement, spend analytics, and BPO solutions.

  • Purchasing will have to redefine its core mission regarding A.I., robotics, and 3rd party administrators, all in a digital supply chain in a strategic role. Purchasing will have to focus on creating a value proposition through supply chain solutions.

  • Leaders who understand the impact of technology on new roles and new, required skills will be in the best position to lead your supply chain regarding innovation, collaboration, and value-add.

Roy will lead this discussion with a focus on our professional development that will make us valued players with our C-level procurement leaders.
