About our Speaker

Ms. Morningstar has had a successful 28-year career demonstrating progressive responsibility in a variety of administrative support areas of K-12 education including Procurement, Technology Services, Project Management, Records Management, and Warehousing.

In addition, she has presented training seminars on both Procurement and Technology topics to a wide variety of groups including the Cobb County Board of Education, the Governmental Procurement Association of Georgia, the Georgia School Board Association, and the Georgia Educational Technology Conference.
